Keyes 2121
Work consisted of interior build-out of 5,000 sq ft class A office space to serve the head quarters of Keyes Company. Work also consisted of retrofitting and upgrading the smoke evacuation system of the 8-story Keyes International Building.
PIXL at Plantation
Construction of concrete core and shell of a 330-unit Multifamily building along with two parking garages for future rental apartment building located in Plantation Fl. In addition, Ballast served as Construction Manager for the remaining trades.
South Florals
Adaptive reuse of existing retail building in Oakland Park, Florida. Ballast performed major structural repairs and upgrades along with a turn key interior build-out of a full service flower shop and additional retail space for future occupancy. In addition, scope included removing entire front facade of existing building and replacing entire facade with Storefront glass.

Oasis at Aventura is a new affordable senior living Multifamily community with 95 apartments in Miami, Fl. The community is the latest joint venture between HTG and AM Affordable housing, and a non-profit founded by NBA Hall of fame and Miami Heat legend Alonzo Mourning. Ballast Construction is serving as a General Contractor.
